Tangled Roots is so excited to be partnering with Century Catering and International Cellars to bring you a Wine and Dinner Pairing Experience.

Join us on Saturday May 3 at 5:30 PM for 4 curated courses and expertly paired wines.

Crystal Armstrong from International Cellars will be joining us to educate our attendees on the selections and pairings.

Live music and cocktail hour to follow.

The Menu

Course 1:
Silky salmon mousse on puff pastry with cucumber, dill, and capers
Bodega Colomé Torrontés, Argentina

Course 2:
Crab cake over creamy avocado, served with crisp wonton chips.
Suavia Suave Classico ‘DOC’, Italy

Course 3:
Red wine-braised short rib with velvety root vegetable mash.
Undurraga Terrior Hunter Carignan, Chile

Course 4:
Warm sticky toffee pudding with rich toffee sauce.
Tommasi Ripasso Valpolicella Classico Superiore ‘DOC’, Italy
